Black travertine and walnut articulated arm, volcanic stone glow.
The Lava Stone Swing Arm Wall Lamp brings together natural wood and raw volcanic stone in a quietly expressive design. The solid walnut wood wall bracket and articulated swing arm offer both warmth and flexibility. Suspended from a twisted fabric cord, the cylindrical lava stone shade features a naturally porous surface when illuminated, the stone gently diffuses light downward, creating a warm, grounded glow with subtle texture and depth. Each shade is unique.
The shade of this wall lamp is made from genuine travertine stone. To create a deep, even black aesthetic, the stone surface is finished with a matte black coating rather than left in its natural off-white state. This is an intentional design choice: the weight, density, and natural pore structure of genuine travertine are preserved, while the surface colour is controlled. The entire stone presents a consistent matte black this is exactly as it was designed to be.
Travertine is formed in the natural environment through thousands of years of complex physical and chemical processes. Even beneath the black surface, the pore distribution and stone characteristics of each piece remain entirely unique.

Will my shade look exactly like the product photo? Each stone shade is unique. The organic pores and natural variations mean no two pieces are identical this is an intentional characteristic of the material, not a defect.
