• Free-standing plug into a wall outlet. No electrician required. Place on a flat stable surface.
• The weighted round base keeps the slim profile stable; lift by the base when relocating, not by the thin rod.
• The RC remote handles dimming wirelessly. Pair the remote when first powered on (see included guide). Keep the remote within 30 ft line-of-sight for best response.

The lamp includes a small wireless RC (radio-controlled) remote. It pairs with the lamp's built-in receiver press and hold the dim button to step through brightness levels, or press the on/off button. Unlike Wi-Fi smart bulbs, it doesn't need an app, hub, or network pure radio frequency, works out of the box. Range is roughly 30 ft line-of-sight. The inline cord switch also works as a simple on/off override.

The 10W integrated LED produces roughly 700900 lumens comparable to a 60W incandescent. The light spreads from the entire vertical rod (not a point source), giving even bedside or desk task lighting. Dim down for ambient/mood lighting, full brightness for focused tasks. At 6000K (Cool) the light reads brightest; at 3000K (Warm) slightly softer but more relaxing for evening use.
